Rijkswaterstaat partnering with the Procura+ Conference

Where can you find Rijkswaterstaat during the 2024 Procura+ Conference?

At the Procura+ conference 2024, participants will learn more about our work at the parallel deep dive sessions. One will be about circular procurement and is co-organised by Rijkswaterstaat, with a focus on adapting one’s organisation. The sessions on Buy social and on Transforming infrastructure will have speakers from us.

Also, we will actively contribute to the Market Lounge discussions, contributing with a session on the CFIT and presenting the Dutch/Belgian SPP tool, a user-friendly interface for sustainable, social and circular criteria for public procurers, used to make their markets more sustainable.

Rijkswaterstaat will also discuss on how an organization can rearrange itself to make (public) procurement its last resort, through a principle of ‘Buy less! Refuse, Rethink and Reorganise’.

About the conference

Procura+ conference 2024 will present good practices and approaches for strategic procurement across thematic areas, key product and service sectors such as biodiversity, buildings, construction, energy, food and catering; ICT; mobility and textiles.
